Evening.
As said, I'll be suprised if it fits, and it'll be a revvy as hell! Let us know how you get on. Iris chain, hmmmmm! My RK GXW chain and PBR sprocket combo is better value at £105 fitted! :D Cheers |
after using that spreadsheet for gear ratio's it shows a lower top end by 14mph. but as it will be nearer max power with this ratio it will be more realistically acheived on the road as apposed to the 141mph on 44t. which can only be acheived in dyno conditions.
fingers crossed anyhow :) will let u all know how it goes when i fit them on saturday (providing it aint bloody raining) |
i need to replace my chain and sprockets because it seems every time i get home from a ride my chain is realy slack again :S so i think thats telling me that i need to replace them :( grr more cash

Evening Didge.
If it's getting to need adjusting after every blast change it pronto! It's a mile cheaper than new crankcases :( Cheers |
On the SV, the biggest I'd have gone would've been 47 on the rear... 49 would be outragious... 1st gear would be redundant

talk about a bite in the ****... if you do  (which I don't think you will  ) get it on... then what do you rhink you max MPH will be... :?: |
think im gonna go swap it for a 46t! (110 chain should be fine then)
but i found a site where someone has a 49t rear sprocket and they get 110 absolute max out of the bike, and at 80 its screaming. which is certainly no good for motorway use  however they did say 2nd gear wheelies, just from throttle are rather easy  |
