I used to do vinyl laying, signwriting and stuff.
I don't want to shoot down your idea Mass but I can see a few problems on the curvy. You'll be restricted with the area you can apply any design as the curves are quite aggressive in places and go in two directions at once. I'm thinking of near the nose and fake air intakes especially. When you get nasty ripples and folds, it's ultimately an aborted job. Makes you :cry: However the pointy seems ideal as most of its angular bodyshape lends itself well to easy vinyl laying round linear corners. Getting those templates accurate is key too, you want uniform lines parallel to the bikes angles for a pro-look job. |
