Bet his insurance renewal will be awsome.......

BillyC 03-02-06 05:45 PM

Jeees Kate! Glad you're okay! The possibilities just aren't worth thinking about - you're very very lucky!

Write the bike off... for goodness sakes! It'll be his insurance, he'll be done for Drive Without Due Care... surely the collision will have knackered your forks and then some! Make his insurance pay - you shouldn't have to put up with anything less.

[Rant]
On the other hand, why do people not realise that every time they get in a car, on a bike, a van, truck, whatever... they're taking control of a lethal weapon. Negligent *&%$~)*
[/Rant]

Kate... I'm very glad you're alright.
Joe... look after that girl!

It is possable he suffers from Narcosis.
If so then it should have been diagnosed and not given a licence.

I dont give a flying fu** if that is the case, the driver knows if and when he/she should drive. there is no excuse at al!

Wow, serious accident there! Glad your up & walking.
Bike accidents always send shivers down my spine.
There was one yesterday on the fly-over beside Glasgow airport.
Hate the thought.

As said above, write the bike off! Knackered forks.

Blimey.
Get a good bike lawyer on the case.

Diveboy 03-02-06 05:58 PM

Bloody hell glad to hear you're more or less ok.

Hope they lock him up. I would hold out for a new bike on the insurance and some cash for your injuries.

You'll be stiff in the morning so take it easy. At least your weekend can pretty much only get better.

I am not backing him up, the sorry fact is that some people are not aware that they have it, along with some people that sudenly get fits. Thats why it will have to be diagnosed if he has it or not.

They will have to make sure of that now.

This is not to say that he was driving tired and fell asleep then its his fault completley and should get banned for a long time.

Whichever way, hope it gets all sorted out without any lasting damage.

According to the police, the guy had had a 'heavy' night and stayed over at a mates place and was driving home. I can't quite find any sympathy for him.
