Don’t know about SV riders specifically, but in general, the smaller Triumphs ( tt600/speed four/daytona 600/650) are seen as a way of getting a great handling bike (all have received great reviews in that department, if you give weight to that kind of thing :?: ) without being in the plastic rocket brigade, which by the very nature of the market they’re aimed at changes each year, if you’re lucky your cbgsxkxr6 you’ve just spent you £7k on, will be mega trendy for all of 12 months, then of course it become last years thing, and at 1 bhp more & 1.7564 kilos lighter, the new one's got to be miles better :wink:
The performance is as good on road (just about any of the 600ss of the last half dozen year are) as any of the competition and it’s built for this country, plus it’s British.
