Now I've seen the email from the seller - definitely a scam.

This has got to be one of the worst scams i have ever seen, can't belive anybody would fall for it.

Plus it has an MOT, which it isn't even due until 1 Jan 2007.............

A very obvious scam! :shock: If it's too good to be true then it normally is.

Scammers like this can often hijack other users' accounts for the purpose of selling a big ticket items.

One of the golden rules in car trading is that if you are remotely suspicious of anything then walk away. Seems to me like this applies to ebay too.

Sure was! Very funny reading too! The person who realised it was a scam, actually scammed the scammer!
