remove air box, remove carbs, put the front cylinder in TDC remove 2 bolts and out with the old tensor, unseize or replace it, new gaskets (about £2) and replace every thing in the reverse order :wink:

were the plugs gold plated :lol: :lol:

Yeh with diamond plug caps :lol:

1 cam chain tensioner
1 gasket
2 plugs
1 cracked fairing not going back there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
