Because I feel like they are screwing me. I am not going to go into my gripes. But I think there has been a hidden agenda over the past couple of years to force me out. I am now at the point that I would not refuse redundancy, but I am not going to spit out my dummy for a principle.

Take it up with them... anything less than an Inflation linked rise means that they're paying you less than they were last year.

It could be seen as some kind of Constructive Dismissal? Ed - would you care to comment?
