Try 56hrs a week - talk about no social life!! Clock in at 6:30am, clock out at 6PM everyday. Over a five day week, that's a lot of time at work. One of the lads at work did 62 hours last week   No wonder the boss went nuts over the POA. (Lorry drivers here will know what I'm talking about)
So much for the HGV and PSV working time 48hrs directive!!! |
last month I did over 480Hrs, but I was on Exercise for 17 odd days...
and getting paid 24/7.... ( but when you work it out it's still less than min wage.) |
I really dont know. Its supposed to average 39 per week, but I'm here until 10pm most nights and weekends.
However, its warm, plenty of tea and coffee on the go, and plenty of eye candy in the departure lounges :) |
Any where between 37-42 these days now mow that I'm office bound
though when opening pubs for a large national cheap pub chain (no name but no prizes) I would regularly work 130-140hrs a week (7 days solid for approx 8 weeks) Wonder why I left that game? |
As little as possible but still to many.
|
far too many for what I earn (self employed  )
|
48 without overtime.
Far too many for a **** poor wage. Need to get promoted, and soon. Anyone got any tips on bumping off a superior? I was thinking of hiding a scorpion in his boots. |
Hey! Swear words get asterisked out automatically.
I think the mods are getting lazy. |
I'm contracted to do 37.5 hours a week, but have a flex work arrangement where I officially work from 8.40 to 6pm Monday to Friday on week one and Monday to Thursday on week two. So every second Friday off for me then! 8)
