Just been looking at feedback. Has she sent any feedback for the purchase, I can't see any.
Looks sus if she still hasn't sent feedback after 2 weeks. Looks to me like she was planning to see if she likes the phone first then if not, say there is something wrong with it.
Where in London is she, anybody local can have a look or act as a go between.

Provided you're not selling as a business, and described it without intent to mislead (irrespective of whether you did), she doesn't stand a cat in hells chance in a court of law.

Unfortunately Paypal don't decide by law. Having said that they can't take your money. So say you dispute the claim, if they refund the other person complain to your credit card company for an unauthorised transaction. They should refund you, & have the POTENTIAL to take pay-pal to a criminal court for theft.

Fairly sure of the above, but I am not a lawyer.

Don't think it's necessarily a scam, but might be someone trying to pull a fast one.

Oh, & if you do get -ve feedback, I'd set up a new e-bay account. One with that low a feedback with a negative score will possibly scare of potential purchasers.
