Goodnight!

And when did you take thoes plugs out? Ive been informed the only way to do that test is to kill the engine when under load then remove the plugs, not bimble home then take them out as it give diffrent readings as you can be lean here and rich there etc..

The spark plug looks ok to me. I've also heard stories of valve/shim damage by a wrong air/fuel mix... maybe that was scare mongering... hence why I'm asking the org ;)

If anything mate, looks like its running rich! look almost wet lol

a clean burn should show a nice gray tip, but id assume giving the primeval efi thats the way they map it!

pop the fuel can on and enjoy, you'll love the noise it makes. either buy a baffle or just put your OE exhaust on for mot's.

I've been looking at DB Killers for this ;) If I need one.

Putting the OE exhaust on might not be an option, the SV will be modified to take my bolt-on Fuel can...

I can always find a cheap MOT-able bolt-on though later, I've got 2 & 1/2 years to find one :)

Interesting...TYVM :D

More thoughts welcomed folks :)

Do you really do that long commute with no earplugs? Get some, before you get permanent hearing damage. I kid you not.

90% of the time I do wear plugs, but if the exhaust is getting louder, I'll need a more constant supply of cheepo plugs, or some decent ones.

My MP3 earphones work as good plugs, but it affects my riding more than it should

Hey Baph, why don't you email Fuel? when I emailed them a question about TLR/TLS exhausts they got back to me in a couple of hours.

My Fuel has a baffle and badge but then it is marketed as a road-legal with removable baffle, though there is no reason why they couldn't have made the odd race can with no badge along the way.

Anyway, send them an email and I'm sure Louise will answer you better.

Hmmm, something I'd not thought of... No, honestly now! Look, stop looking at me like that!

(how do you delete things from ebay's purchased items list again??)
