Re: Motrax Flash-It solid state relay
hi there! Great forum BTW. just bought a sv 650s K5. Changed to led-lights
Just got me a solid state relay, here comes the prolem, The relay has 3 connection points, named 31 49a and 49. The standars relay has, as you know only two connections. Does anybody know how to fix it? THX |

31 = earth, (bat -). 49 = live in (bat +). Orange/green wire on a curvy, brown on a pointy. 49a = live out, (indicator switch). Light blue wire. So terminal 31 is the odd one out, sometimes a flasher will work without an earth, sometimes it won't. If it doesn't then connect 31 to a frame earth point. |

Re: Motrax Flash-It solid state relay
Do you have to buy the Motrax relay or is there a cheaper alternative?

Re: Motrax Flash-It solid state relay
I got any motrax flasher relay from ebay for about £5 delivered. Think it was from a Yamaha of some description.
There are others on ebay that I'm sure will work as well. |

Thanks for posting the details on which wires to connect to - the relay comes with no instructions at all. |
