Nice! I hope to get under a minute next time I go to brands  But it'll only be my 5th track day. I'll have to get you to come and give me some pointers :p

sounds like you need to get yourself some fresh rubber (& pants) & get back to brands with your racing head on. I'll come & watch if you do. go on - you know you want to :-D

59 should be do-able on a stock bike, but I think if you want to get sub 55s, you will start needing uprated suspension and race rubber ;)

Na, the executive decision has been made ;) ... like I said, prior engagement on Sunday anyway ...

As the season goes on the pace will get hotter, so it is tempting to try and blag some results early on .. but lets face it at this point with a stock motor, I'd rather wait for the results to come in and do some hypothesizing ... if the front guys are doing 51s, I wouldn't have stood a chance and it would have been a waste of money ... if they are only doing high 52s low 53s, then we will call it my hypothetical win!! :D

Ive got GSX-R brakes, emulators, and a WP (emulsion) rear shock which will certainly help! Never the less, it's still a road bike. But that's half the fun, if you can take a ratted SV on track and overtake someone on a sports bike, it's very satisfying 8)

Yeah, I'm sure it's just a matter of time, I'm just not that experienced.

You been riding on track long?
