Jeeeeez, glad it's not only me, the BBQ is only just cooling down, the beer is all gone and a bottle of chilled sauvignon blanc is going fast. Ah, summer is here:D

Try big chunks of chicken breast marinated in freshly squeezed orange juice and maple syrup. Leave overnight and cook fast and hot, crunchy bits of caramalised maple syrup taste fab!

Amitrip + beer = mega hangover in the morning, so I've polished off some pinot noir instead:D
