Yep, it can be annoying but... Well, phone Mcafee with this problem and they'd tell you to uninstall and reinstall Spamkiller, and if that doesn't work uninstall and reinstall the whole suite, and if that doesn't work recreate the bulk mail from scratch, and if that doesn't work uninstall and reinstall windows. Bet you a pound. So there's not much we can offer when they can't fix their own bugs.

Another bug bare. IT helpdesks. All people full of thier own self importance. If they are all sooooooooooooooooooooooooo good, then why are thye on a helpdesk?

Viney, I see your point entirely. My only useful input would be "I don't use Mcaffe for the reasons above." That's why I haven't posted in this thread.

Also, I used to work on a help-desk (not supporting Windows though). I now don't, I write the stuff I used to support. If that tells you anything, well, you're reading too much into it :p
