guys on the sv1000 portal recon it could need the idle turning up a tad as its only ticking over @ 1000rpm? also try the throttle control mod.

upping the rpm idle and some FI cleaner seems to have sorted the problem.

How many miles has it done now?

If you get similar problems, might be worth getting the throttle bodies synced as Rictus said.

Mine used to run rough on a constant throttle at 3-4k revs - syncing the throttles at the 7500 service sorted it.

3.5k miles? i'll try the cheap options first, like i say its only pulling away from idle it does it (every now and again), once on the move it seems to dislocate your arms fine:)
