Re: Flat spot?
whats your top speed at 33bhp?
|
Re: Flat spot?
Not topped it out yet, seen about 105, but I had my waterproofs on and the wind drag was enough that I was struggling to hang on lol. Bearing in mind mine is naked.

Re: Flat spot?
ive had mine at 120mph does mine sound likes its a full power bike?
|
Re: Flat spot?
I've heard that the 33bhp doesnt do much to the top speed, just takes longer to get there.
Your best bet is to let someone else have a go and tell you how it feels, or just check the carbs. |

Re: Flat spot?
Much as I'd love to weld the restrictor kit to an anvil and drop it in the sea... :p
I think its just a lean spot and not an actual problem, has done it since I put the can on. |
Re: Flat spot?
well i'll stand and watch, the day you do that...anyway kettles on for when your back.. you can have a laugh when the raptor stops working again
|
Re: Flat spot?
A laugh?
Hoh! That thing gives me headaches and it aint even my bike! lol |
Re: Flat spot?
:p that'll be the exhaust then. nearly blew me and the dogs onto the roof when it started today
|
Re: Flat spot?
Has he considered using those as some form of anti-chav artillery?
I can see it now ... one blip of the throttle and an extra spark in the pipes enough to send any lowered, over-stereo'd corsa bouncing down the road... |
