Yep, you can get a take-off that fits between the filter and the engine, which would do the job- JHS sells an SV kit, or did at least. Or, you could maybe modify the engine to accept the takeoffs just like the injected models, that I don't know.

You could fit one - but there's really no need. Trick perhaps but there's much much better things to do with your money.
