I'm waiting for some post that was posted on the 8th, from somewhere else in London - I had the same thoughts! I'm hoping there is still a backlog but I don't know how to find out.

TBH i am getting more and more annoyed, I have been waiting a week for my wallet to get back to me and nothing as of yet, i'm waiting for an exhaust too, guess what...nothing yet! More worried about the wallet in all fairness, i keep having to go into town to get money out, spose shoulda just not lost me frickin wallet!!!!!!!!!!!

i got my tax notice from my agent, on the 23rd, it was sent ist class on the 12th,

bloody thing was supposed to be paid my the 19th??, how can i pay it if i dont know it exists, hopefully IR will be lenient.

still waiting for a parcel from ireland that was sent a week ago too

Was speaking to my local postie after the last lot of strikes. He just did OT to catch up on the backlog of post. A day's strike actually earnt him an extra half day of pay.

I bought a CD off ebay, posted on the 5th of this month, it arrived today.

our mail centre in the midlands is more or less on top of the work now but parcels,packets and letters are being shipped in from Liverpool where they were on strike longer any other offices, i believe some office's in London were also out longer than they should.

Speak of the devil, I got home yesterday and the letters that were posted on the 8th had arrived! Happy days! :)
