That's how I'd do it if I was setting it up. Rather easy to do.
The other thing is having worked with a couple of IP phone systems you can pick the call up and put it in a queue, as far as BT is concerned you've connected so you're being charged, but you haven't been put through to an extension so the IP phone system carries on playing you a ringing noise.... |
