What if the card you were using was stolen?
They ask you to remove your helmet so that in-store cctv can capture an image of you (the potential card-abuser).

Now imagine that the biker who doesn't remove his helmet has just nicked YOUR card.

See what I'm saying?

;-)

Even more of a reason to make other remove headgear then if thats the arguement..........Stolen cards fund terrorism

Blanket rule or not at all......if it was the other way around, tesco would be in the high court for discrimination.

More to the point its rediculous and awkward.

I fill up every single morning cos i do 120 miles commute, i have glasses, long hair, gloves lots of layers heated jacket to plug in but i always take off my lid. People are always moaning about this but i just don't see the problem it takes all of 30 secs to take it off and put it back on so why stress yourself out about it.

I would rather just claim its a complete waste of my time and theirs. Provide me a place to put my stuff for a start would be reasonable request, then I dont end up dropping ear plugs/glasses.

Its more of a point, theres next to no justification for it, you cant have one rule for some and not for others. And if you are actually going to force someone to remove something, then provide them with the facilities to do so, so that glasses dont get dropped and broken, helmets worth more than half their monthly salary dont get damaged etc.
