I think she means CCTV, not speed cameras.

I did notice a couple more SPECS cameras on the C&F Wednesday night, so they've ficed the problem of the short cut.

Cheshire Safety Cemera Partnership obviously hasn't had any cut backs yet lol .

Thought we were on about speed cameras.

We're already the most surveilled nation in the world with plenty of crime, so I'd dispute the CCTV thing too. There's so much crap that goes along with it that all it's good for is you've been framed programs when the crims get it wrong. Or if there's someone watching who can call the police, who will then turn up 6 hours later because there's only 3 of them for the whole North of England...

Other than making significant savings, I'm yet to see any of the rest of their manifesto being implemented that's for sure.

Maybe they'll do that in another year or two once they have built up some funds... or maybe as usual. just as they have built the funds, labour will get in again and spend it all and more... and the circle continues.
