You're having a giraffe surely, i pay £4-500 currently and will have another years NCB/year older in March, so it should drop again.

I guess check these sites, but don't accept that they 'offer the best price'.

Twas on 'working lunch' about these sites. The insurance company pay the website up to £40 if they get your business from a 'clickthrough' - so thats gotta be found from somewhere.

I was just about to say these. Dont pay for anything until you have tried one of their searches. Then once you have search call them up and they will make the deal even better.

For example Bennets on a 675 = £1100, Thebikeinsurer on 675 = £659 and that was without ringing up.

On my SV I pay £360 FC with £250 Excess and every other insurance extra possible, included commuting & Pillion etc and upto 10k a year. Not bad when I'm only 23 and its my first year riding.

Lylej i went through thebikeinsurer.co.uk they do some amazing deals.

I think my actual insurance is with Aqoute and its underwritten by Highways. But it was al sorted over the phone via thebikeinsurer.

Amazingly cheap, all other qoutes were £500+

Just used thebikeinsurer to get some quotes for my renewal and they came out £200 cheaper than my renal quote of £450 TPFT. I'm with AQuote aswell so I gave them a call, told them about the lower premium and they matched it on the spot, and threw in free breakdown again aswell.

Brilliant website :D
