Re: Pull a bike month... watch ya backs!
If it was a dual carriageway, they would be parked in the central reservation. However, I have seen that before and it seems like the rules don't apply to "enforcement" vehicles.

Aw pish! Looks like they don't train officers in road traffic anymore, just send out plod to pull "a,b or c"
The pinacle of law enforcement - some "yes man" in an animal caravan. Not the cleverest of things is it? |
Re: Pull a bike month... watch ya backs!
Ah well, it's absolutely great how the rules only apply to average joe and not law enforcers! No one always sticks to speed limits, this includes police and MP's, they'll get caught one day, well, lets hope!!

As far as I remember speed traps had to be clearly labelled as such and vehciles used had to be officially marked as 'speed enforcement' vehicles? If the law has now changed then it's open season on us all. I guess an anoraks response would be 'Don't speed' but then what's the point in having a motorcycle! |
Re: Pull a bike month... watch ya backs!
The problem is that the 'clear marking' is only part of the code of conduct for camera partnerships. So basically the police can do whatever they want!!
