Looks like we have found the culprit then , gonna go into Woods tomorrow , grab somebody by the ear and march them outside and point and say "Cure this or somebody gets a Knuckle Supper" :D

I used to use an old 5L oil container with a hole cut in the side. It was handy, as i could then decant the used oil into another container and screw the lid on it. It was a proper **** when i dropped the sump plug into it though:(:( |

Remember there's no real need to do this with the engine hot. Boiling oil is not nice!

Well the bike is under warranty , so I`ll drop it off at dealers tomorrow and they can lend me a courtesy bike for the day , or they can wait for the oil to settle and drain some out whilst I wait .
