yeah thanks, i know its going to cost me the firts years pay rise in mess dress and miniture medals! :confused:

I dunno if thats good by Army standards but its good by RAF. Our promotion is SOOO SLOW. If I was to stay in id be looking at like 15+ years to Sgt if I was VERY good. Sigh. Part of the reason I dont like it.
