Always ride at your pace. If you find you're always being left behind (and have a problem with it) then find some slower riders to go out with!

Doesn't bother me if i get there 5-10 mins after everybody else the important thing is that i got there!!!!!!!

I always used to leave Dad for dead 3 or 4 months a go when I was riding, but he's improved so much in the time I've been off the road its unbelievable. Although he still rides it too much like he drives the car.. I think I'll be arriving 5 or 10 minutes after him when I'm back on two wheels :riding:

Thats the best thing to keep in your head. Just ride for yourself and a pace you feel comfy with :thumbsup:
