Well seeing as Essex is in East Anglia I would say that I was right when I said it was in EAR. The fact that there is a section within a section is not my fault. Who called it EAR and decided Essex was exempt and that they had to create their own section? Huh? Eh? Wasn't me.

Besides, the actual location was not known when it was decided to choose East Anglia. :wink:
