Was in work this evening, in work tomorrow morning, all friends out with family+other friends, and girlfriend is 200 miles away at a party she's had planned for ages that I can't make due to aforementioned work.

I'm spending the last few hours of 2008 drinking Desperados and watching House at home alone. Strangely, I don't mind too much.

Im a saddo too...same every year actually - I used to dream of the day when the kids were grown up so I could go out again on New Year's Eve, but Im just too old and tired! :rolleyes: :lol:

well I'm watching jo jo's circus with my 3 year old son! Was hoping me and the misus would be bringing in the new year with a bang! but the little man Corey decided to wake and is now full of beans! The joys of parent hood. happy new year when the time comes!
