Quite usual in trauma victims. Jason (wrote his pan euro off at NW3) couldn't remember what happened properly for at least a week.

I was gobsmacked when the witness stated the rider was on the correct side of the road & the cop contradicted the witness!

I thought these propaganda type programs were meant to show coppers in a good light and build respect for them?

What about buell guy? Why did he let car driver keep up? Why not just boot mirror off and sod off sharpish like normal?

Speedo on the bike needs calibrating for video.

would that affect the validity of the tape if it was to be used in a speeding case? And how often does the video equipment need re-calibrating to the speedo on the bike - everytime the bike goes back on duty or every couple of weeks?

I suppose but there wasn't really a massive trauma he just slid from what I understand. But hey wasn't there didn't see it.

I believe the video couldn't be used to prosecute for a speeding conviction in a court of law. Don't know how often it needs to be calibrated.

But why would you send out a Hayabusa to catch speeding motorcyclists when the evidence couldn't be used???
