Re: tescos heated grips (and more)
You left something in Cardiff so it doesnt get nicked?????
Cardiff must have come up a bit sinse I was last there. |
Re: tescos heated grips (and more)
I've never seen so many pikey kids in my life as i've seen in Bristol, only been here 4 months and a bike got nicked from a very secure car park. No where near this many in Cardiff so it must have come up a bit.

Re: tescos heated grips (and more)
Are the heated grips any good? Fancy some on the sv

Re: tescos heated grips (and more)
Good luck, I just called all the stores in my area and they all have nothing. Ones in Cardiff don't have grips either just the bike covers which are £15 so not really worth bothering.

Re: tescos heated grips (and more)
the heated grips are quite good main thing to check is the conection between the power cable and the control box (mine was loose 2 seconds to fix) and for resons stated in other threads the right one gets hotter than the left but it still does the job. i got mine with a free voucher from work and for £50 you'd probably be better with the mark 2 oxfords (cheaper both same heat) it bang on for me as they were for all intents and purposes free, but if you got them for £12.50 its well worth the cash

Re: tescos heated grips (and more)
I went and had a look, we've got a 24hr tesco extra and a tesco home in telford and neither housed motorbike stuff, especially not at clearance. It was in the tesco direct catalogue but i've seen better brand name products as near as makes no difference prices, so i'll go for them :p (when i have money)
Halfords had some for 45 quid aswell but i think i'll wait and not rush it. |
Re: tescos heated grips (and more)
I hold Hovis responsible for this:rolleyes:
I rode over to Telford - cold and windy - and as Thingus says, I saw no ships. I think Hovis made it all up. I got held up in Telford cos of all the football traffic (Thingus was contributing to the jam, he was sat in a cage taking bro to watch Telford United - what a waste of an afternoon that would be;)) so went back on the M54, and it were that windy I near got blown off, so turned off onto the old A5 back to S'bury. Ah, much better, I had the limiter kick in a few times:D And S'bury Tescoze didn't have any ships either. And then it snowed:rolleyes: Hovis my mate you have a lot to answer for!!!!! Edit for Mr Wilky. Wellington has changed beyond recognition. It's a big place now. Tescos is built on a former mine, next to the M54 at J6. |
