Depends mate, usually between 7.30am and as lates as 8.15am...the good thing about the bike is that it doesn't really matter what time I leave for Manc, I'm seldom late!

Usually tucked up in bed by then :D but if you past go Matalan before 5.30 am and you see a shortarse driving a yellow tug, give us a toot ;)
