I thought it was a great bike, fantastic chasis, great handling, lovely looks. Was strange coming from a twin to this, first thing you'll notice is bugger all low/mid range in the higher gears, once it's wound up past 7-8k...bajayzoos, it'll have you grinning from ear to ear :D Gone is the stigma of the belstaff, flat cap wearing, rollie smoking triumph owner, no longer do you need a portable drip tray and AA membership [-X I'd have another at the drop of a hat. Don't suppose you (Stewie) Fancy a nice SV1000 ;) |
Re: How overlooked is the Daytona 650?
the daytona 650 look's great really futuristic looking too modern design's should maybe look back a coupla years to see what good look's like again (nudge nudge suzuki).

Re: How overlooked is the Daytona 650?
my dad own one in yellow on an 05 plate ... I'd rather buy an 05 gsxr instead.. They are okay but the 675 is far superior.. but it's an upgrade so that's normally the plan LOL I'm not a fan from the times I've ridden it but I do see it's appeal,... Except the dam engine management light !!
