When was the air filter last replaced?If it runs better without the filter then it is running too rich----Either the filter is shagged and clogged up or back to those choke plungers again.

well ive had the pluggers out and greased them, then ive taken the bike to a garage and they have tried two air filters in it (brand new ones) but it runns better without one so they upped the jets and now i have mess over the air box hole ,
