meh, ya big poof.

My shoulder is permanently on the verge of semi dislocation. Bloody pain all the time, unless I do my regular pyhsio exercises to stop it popping.

Now I banged my bare toes on Friday on my open UPVC back door.......booooo hooooo I cried like a little girl :-(

Dozy twonk!

ffs, keep the slig onit for as long as possible to hold it together - someone not a million miles from soho abandoned theirs early on in the healing process and it gave then a lot more grief than necessary in the long run.
