I'm afraid it is true. I have been speaking to Becks about this for the last day or so, she has apologised but she didn't feel up to starting a thread. I was going to put one up today but got beat to it.
Details are unknown but we do know he died as a hero.
Thoughts are with his family and friends and Becks of course.

What terrible news. RIP.

I never met Dave but really wish I had, he could be both entertaining and informative as he saw fit, and passed on his knowledge freely and with the intention of helping others.
