Re: gsxr front end! Again

I was thinking about searching lol, but you hit the nail on the head.

The only real reason im wanting to keep the standard speedo is so i can get the error codes. or does the Vapor give you the codes aswell. as for top yoke ive got my eyes on a very shiney msr one :D

Ok, make sure that top yoke has risers and maybe mounts for clocks. You will need the bottom yoke from the same year.

Big problem I find with naked bars and GSXR forks is it is not so easy to get to preload adjuster.

ahh, im not too fussed with the suspension settings i usually set it up the once, then forget about it lol. so on my list now is:

GSXR front end w/ bottom yoke and possibly top
little magnets
sensor
new speedo?
some cash and some time lol

cheers for your help though YC appreciate it.

Re: gsxr front end! Again

Never mind what it looks like, the SV forks are still prehistoric cartridge forks no matter what springs and oil you put in. And you've still got horrible sliding calipers.

GSXR as standard are proper cartridge forks, good as they are, or you can revalve to make work as good as best fork out there.
