They allow you to hear your music (even at a low volume), block out wind noise (well in excess of ***mph) and are really comfy too :)

Shown here with the added samsung adapter but also has the standard (1.5mm I think) fitting.

i have mushroom earphones but i always have music on maximum so it sort of defeats the object, i have a pair of speakers but don't fancy ripping up my aria

Always wear earplugs on long journeys. Never really used my ipod on the bike but dont think I want to really.

Just ordered some custom plugs from Ultimate ear and the NEC. Got to wait a couple of weeks for them to come through. Ive heard nothing but good reports about them so I thought I would give them a crack.

Where is the option for sometimes head-phones, sometimes ear-plugs?

I ride with head-phones when riding to work as it alleviates the boredom of the A470, but, when out on a blast I wear ear-plugs

The phone is good IMO he headphones I went and got skull candy ones to use and there great I think especially for under the helmet I got them for about 9 quid because they were on sale in HMV and there pink :D
