well warmed up and went back out, defo need some setup changes, no i havent binned it (speedplay you vulcher your getting as bad as yc) froze my **** off but worth every second,wifey likes it but she aint getting on the back for 6 months (my rule), irksy had a go he got off with a smile so i think it went well
tomorrow is acf 50 time to keep the bike mint, now where is the shiney shiney cataloge

First thing to do is check where all adjusters are for setup, then see where you need to go. If it feels hard it could be because it is hard, or because it is too soft and near bottoming everywhere if it's been setup for a lightweight.
