hi chris,
Lovely you could join the debate -if that is what it is? When you were studying the law and particularly the part about opening your case in court did you not realise it is important to not jump to conclusions about verdicts etc? Have you seen the film 'catch me if you can'? or even 'Twelve angry men' You remind me of Leonardo DiCaprio as he attempts to act as bogus counsel in the preliminaries of an opening trial! First of all you need to research and plan your case for the defense or prosecution etc If not you will fail your first year law exams and come across as an ignorant Tw!!*t. Maybe you are a magistrate in which case I apologise your honour. Its just that you come across as a judgemental fellow, wanting to vent your spleen over this issue - you have? Are you having problems getting it up with the gardener and have you discussed this with the boyfriend? My suspicion is that you are probably a scaffolder (sorry all you decent structural engineers) who cant string too many words together and in a reactive ill educated way needs to expound some sort of anger in this southerly direction ? Sad, take a deep breath, calm, calm, calm
I know you really want to buy the bike originally advertised in this thread (thanks for the PM by the way)- you know the one bought from a copper - but it is now sold I'm afraid but I'm sending you the flashing blue light unit so you can ARREST somebody, anybody! Shall keep an eye out for another restricted one though. Have also added you as a friend on here (you, me and wizzbang) so we can keep in touch.
Keep it up, you really are providing lots of fun down here...............
best wishes!

Only having a laugh chris! Chill out man...................:smt019:smt019
Viffer, thanks for the supplementary comments, good to hear from you - who are you mate- Pete Thornton? ha ha Story so far has been stressful in all honesty. Have enjoyed SDC support throughout the winter - lots of ideas and development work going in to bike (wait and see) at least 100 hours of total strip down work finished!. Have almost missed truck pick up to Portugal yesterday due to late electrical fault (Smithy sorted it) but its altogether and on its way today. Sam has been working really hard all winter on fitness, weight, pacing up and down and race study to get ready for Brands. This week we leave for Portugal for three days of testing at Parc Algar and will hopefully have a decent set up ready for Brands on the 28th and the following first race weekend. Feeling excited and positive...........be good to get back in the paddock where even serious competitors talk to the face rather this tragic anonymous crap..................
Be glad to get this winter of SV Org clap trap over then and show the folks where we're at!
Do come see us in the paddock Pete, always happy to chat and have a good laugh..............
coxxy & co

That the guy convicted of all the dodgy business was no longer the owner.

You base your legal knowledge on some yank hairdo? :p I would think even my nonexistent legal skills trump that.

We are on forum, not in court. "Beyond reasonable doubt" is not required here*, just suspicion, paranoia and a good helping of bullsh*t. I think I've found something I'm good at...
