I thought the SV clip-ons could be re-used on those years?

SV clip ons for RWU forks fitting GSXR USD forks? err computer says no.

You want TL clip ons unless I'm very much mistaken. GSXR clip ons will only be any use if you go naked, otherwise they won't clear the fairing.

Cheers guys! :)
Now in the process of haggling a guy on eBay for the majority of a front end from a K3 (front wheel, spindle, brake discs, forks, stem, bottom yoke {the top yoke is broken, but can pick one of those up easy enough} and a part broken mud guard, for £300 plus postage :D

Didn't see him mention 6.

RWU forks are 45mm at the clip on?

I've no idea what size they are or aren't, but I've got him to throw in the pair of clip-ons for £30 extra :p

As for the clearance... I can always make modifications in the fairing as that's not exactly perfect at the moment either :p
(that and my non-standard brake lever has always caught the fairing anyway, lol)

Yes

SV1000 are 46, not sure they ever made bigger RWU? Maybe those carbon-bottom ones from SB6R are bigger.

Thought I'd ask on this thread rather than start a new thread for a minor question... :p

When it comes to fitting the new forks on to get the geometry right, is it simply a case of measuring the distance from the ground to the top yoke of what's already there, and making sure that the new ones are fitted with the same distance from the ground?

No just fit them, it is good they're shorter.
