Re: How do you secure your bike?
Garaged with ccars parked accross the garage, but my keys are in it all of the time.

Re: How do you secure your bike?
Alarm and imobalised
If some one wants it unfortuantly, they'll still have it, no matter what security you use |
Re: How do you secure your bike?
I have awesome neighbors. If anyone took the time to take the bike, I'm betting they'd have their skulls bashed in by Bernard and Terri on my left, Derek and Amanda on my right, and Marion and Paddy across the street.
Moral: get to know your neighbors, and look after yourselves. |
Re: How do you secure your bike?
My bike is kept in the garage but the keys are in the ignition.
I know that even though its in a garage you shouldn't keep the keys with it, but I'm not that bothered about it going wondering owing to the fact the engine is in a number of boxes next to my workbench. |
Re: How do you secure your bike?
At uni, alarm + imobaliser + big chain and lock round a nice bike rack.
At Home, garage behind pillar +alarm + imobaliser + a wimp of a german shepard |

As Im round the corner from you Tom you should understand why I built a blockwork and stone garage, complete with solid wooden doors, 5barrel lock and a y anchor into the 225mm thick concrete base. Took me 4 months to build it but as yet, no-ones got in there (although Im sure someone tried while I was on holiday, due to the markings on the door). |
Re: How do you secure your bike?
Almax IV anchored, Urban lock and 15mm think chain, Xena disc alarm, Grip lock, cover and wedged in with car.
