lol steady boys, I might have to do a super dooper vip recce :razz:

the main real recce is gonna involve a bit of stopping and starting and faffing about to ensure toilet stops, places for foods and making sure the route is just the right length...

but yesh we could do a proper recce, then a dress rehearsal recce and then the main ride out, then repeat as neccessary through the rest of the year :)

Well i have the bladder of a peanut so feel as though im able to advise on if the stops are frequent enough @)

same here tbh andy, prolly get stops in atleast once every 60-70 miles or atleast once an hour mebbeh.. I just have plenty to drink when I get up on the morning of the ride and only have like one small drink at lunch time...

that's right, I'm discussing tactical drinking routines on a biking forum... what a loser lol
