I have also been the fool to accept cash settlement before, e.g my first sv, was repaired paid for by the lady in cash but they missed the bent forks on assesment, I ended up forking out (no pun intended) to have them fixed |

No pun intended, but still rather amusing.
Yep...it's a judgement call and either way, the garage might be the ones liable if they missed something initially and not sure about how long liability would last. |

Don't want to but have to. Legally this is the only way. If the woman pulls a fast one then I'm stuffed. And that is not happening. |
