Im proper low on funds atm, gotta sell my sv, having tank repaired and painted as we speak, should get it back this saturday, then its going on fleabay and mcn.
I was in streetbike on saturday with DMC, bikes older than mine with more miles up for sale £500+ more than i want.

Hmmm, that's not too good. At least the dealer is sorting it with no quibble. It might be worth finding out what is supposed to have been done during the PDI and first service and just go round the bike rechecking those things for yourself. When I learned to service the bike, I found things that are on the schedule that a very reputable main dealer had never touched. Just 'cos it's a main dealer and charges a lot of money, doesn't necessarily mean that the staff are careful or competent.

Update...
Dealer rang me today, part is in so booked in for wednesday next week.
Woman asked me if i wanna wait or take a bike out while its being done, only got cruisers available though she thinks, but one of them was the 1600cc something or other, cant remember, so may have a big fat bimble on one of them lol
