Enjoy your new tt. Make sure you can get a map for the new can if you get one. Although the tt is slightly better supported than the s4.

Have fun :)

I'm finding the SV a bit too "compact" for me -the riding position isn't helping my arthritis!

Going to do a few test drives in the next few days to get an idea of comfort etc

Re: Im joining the SV Triumph owners club!!

Well i've done the 200 mile round trip to pick up the new bike and im asolutely thrilled to bits, its awesome!!!

The trip home was A1 door to door so didnt tell me much except the increase in power is very noticeable and i'm going to have to find some self-restraint.

So ive just done 30 miles of local twisty roads that im very familiar with to make a proper comparison between the tt and the sv and its a complete no-brainer, the tt600 wins hands down.
Whilst i was very upset at handing over the sv and very nervous about trying something different i now have total faith in the tt - better handling that fills me with confidence (i would still back off occasionally with the sv), smoother braking, VAST improvement in suspension and just a great feeling of stability on the road, i am grinning from ear to ear.

The only downside is that its obviously been dropped at a standstill and the repairs arent very professional so it needs a bit of tlc and a few quid spending on it (at a much later date), but thats purely cosmetic.

We're off to somerset for the weekend and i couldnt be looking forward to it more :D:D:D\\:D/\\:D/\\:D/:smt041:smt041:smt041:riding::riding:
