Re: would you go for more money?
Personally, er, dunno.
If you stay where you are now there is no room to expand, the money might be "ok" for now but do you really want to commit to being just "ok" for the next god knows how long? Quote:
Getting a middlin' mpg that's about £7 in fuel, tyres and servicing is practically nowt compared to fuel costs, definitely not more than. |

Got to ask yourself, do you want to bring your kids up in Brighouse?
And if the answer is yes, are you completely out of your mind? |
Re: would you go for more money?
you can get the rough feeling on what a new company is like from your interview.
Both my interviews for this new role, where relaxed and we were all laughing and joking, in my second one. That one was also at 9am, and I arrived a little early and sat in reception watched peoples faces who where walking into work. None of them looked as missable as where i currently work. I am yet to find out if this is the case and if I have made the right move, however I had and have that feeling from visiting the place and meeting people there that it is a good place. I'm sure if you went to some interviews you would get similar feelings |

Yeah you're in the nice side of the place, but the local comprehensive school isn't exactly a font of enlightenment though is it :-P
