I'm a sucker for those aswell. Luckily it's a young lad at works favourite film do I often get to watch it and sing around the house :)

I think I have just actually found my guilty pleasure in music.

It`s an old "Silent" thing for confirming something secret . Bookies would give a tip and then tap the side of their nose and wink meaning "keep that to yourself"
