Re: Faith in humanity Restored
I once got £50 cashback from the RAC after my works car alternator went just before the bank holiday, rang them up tuesday and they had 'lost' the car!

Re: Faith in humanity Restored
That's the point though, did they take your word that it was knackered or have to send a repairer out to check? And what was up with it?

Re: Faith in humanity Restored
They did surprisingly. They ran it when they loaded it and it was vile. Wet plug syndrome, properly wet too
Sunday middle of Scotland you ain't getting bike plugs sent from a weapon of mass distraction |
Re: Faith in humanity Restored
But that's something that could be easily fixed on the side of the road...

If I had a dead plug I would certainly expect that to be fixed at the road side. My latest breakdown company have been excellent, they arrive within an hour of been called and bring with them some suitable levels of abuse. They recover the bike to your home address and have been known to continue the intended journey to drop me at work before returning bike to said house. Some of you may already be aware of Yorkie's-Vito-Recovery ;) "Chrrrrriiiiiisssss bikey no worky" |
