They don't all do do it but a fair amount do with the standard suspension components.
A change of fork springs and oil plus cutting down the spacers to suit your weight will transform the way the front behaves and make the suspension bottoming out (which is the clunk) all but disappear. . |

[1] Sticky bum patch on my bike strides cured it for me with the exception of involantry stoppie which resulted in three adams apples
[2] Had my stock bearing tightened and turned up my front suspension which cured 80% but I still get a clunk in certain conditions,common complaint Mark |
