IMO they have to either say no, and admit that they're preaching a religion based on hopelessly outdated social concepts that have no place in the real world... Or say yes and hope this stops anyone noticing that they're preaching a religion based on outdated social concepts that have no place in the real world :)

It's been known :)

DISCLAIMER: I've known a lot of people for whom various religions, mainstream and otherwise, have been a huge positive influence. I'm just not quite sure why.

I've no problem with women becoming bishops of whatever church you want. :|

Mind you I still think giving them the vote was a bad move!

Religion... yes or no.

No. Religion should be banned.

i cant stand it, and people who lead their lives by what their particular "holy book" says... crazy!

Its nothing more than cult behaviour...

I make no apologies for my views.

Whilst this is a forum and discussion is naturally encouraged, the bugbears of politics and religion are discouraged as they can lead to the most awful rows as opinions are so strong and polarised.

So maybe let this one die gracefully and not start all-out wars with people that are normally our friends?

I don't want to lock it (though watch out for BigApe  ) so keep it sensible  .
